Our team

Lilliana Bras has been the office administrator since it opened its doors in 2010. She is a medical esthetician with vast experience and owner of Bras Medical Spa.

She received her certification in esthetics in 2015 and began her practice in the office while continuing to take care of all administrative tasks. After four years of successfully developing her professional practice, she opened the doors of Bras Medical Spa, a space designed to offer the most advanced technology in medical esthetics, facial and body treatments.

The desire to acquire new knowledge and explore horizons in the field of medical esthetics has led Lilliana to train in multiple parts of the world, including Argentina, Spain and the United States, among others.

Rondon completed her bachelor’s degree in secretarial sciences at the Interamerican University and has over 25 years of experience in this field.  

She has worked as a receptionist with Dr. Ian Marrero for over 10 years and is the liaison between the doctor and his patients, coordinating the clinic schedule and making sure his patients receive a caring and compassionate treatment.  

In her time off, she works as an associate pastor and loves to enjoy quality time with her family, specially her grandchildren. She is an avid baseball fan and one of her greatest satisfactions is watching her son play in the field.

Benitez works as a receptionist with Dr. Ian Marrero since June 2023. She greets every visitor with a smile and is the first point of contact in the office. She is responsible of handling telephone communication and provides direction and information to patients with a positive and helpful attitude.  

Assisting patients and making them feel welcome during their visit is her favorite part of her duties. 

During her leisure time, playing professional volleyball is her passion. She loves her two dogs and traveling whenever possible.

Nieves joined Dr. Ian Marrero’s team in 2021. She is the surgery coordinator and a certified Coolsculpting technician. She is also a certified phlebotomist. 

Michele is fully committed to making sure the surgery coordination process is completely flawless and stress free for every patient. Attention to detail, empathy and professionalism are some of the qualities that she feels are necessary to help patients be more comfortable and prepared for any procedure.  

Spending time with her son, family, and friends is her priority during her time off. She also enjoys camping, snorkeling and traveling.

Colón plays a key role as a surgical assistant and is the doctor's right hand in the operating room.

She graduated from Atenas University and has over three years of experience. She is passionate about her work and enjoys the day to day interaction with patients, making them feel comfortable and safe.

When she is off from work she loves reading, exercising and spending time with her family and pets.

Ito was adopted by Dr. Ian Marrero and his family when he was eight years old. He is playful, affectionate and loyal, but is also a very anxious doggie. He is always glued to his humans, particularly his mommy, who he protects fiercely. Because he loves her so much, he has bitten the doctor a few times.

He loves being in the office and spending time around patients, but if his anxiety gets the best of him, he can be a bit aggressive. His family adores him and he is surrounded by love and affection.
